- Lifetime competitive swimmer - state level age-group year round swimmer, college swimming scholarship candidate, current competitive masters swimmer & tri-athlete
- Certified Triathlon Coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and indoor cycling instructor
- Professional triathlon and swimming coach for adult and youth (over 15 years) - owns a coaching business for beginner & experienced tri-athletes
- Married with 3 girls (ages 8, 6, and 5)

Important Blue Swim Team Facts
- New Competitive Team
- Multiple Intra-squad meets in 2009, held during practice hours on Thursdays
- Anticipated swim circuit entry in 2010
- Family volunteer committment (2 RED meet shifts, 2 BLUE shifts)
- Evening practice 4 days a week at Bella Mar
- Swimmers ages 5 - 17 (as of May 1, 2009)
- Swimming ability required
Practice Schedule
Bella Mar
June 8th - July 9th (Monday - Thursday)
5:30 to 9:30 PM Youngest age group first
Practice times will be determined based on the number of swimmers who register per age group.
A firm Blue schedule will be posted by May 1st
